•       All orders are subject to the availability of the product at the time of purchase.

7.2 Payment & Authorisation

If you're not happy for any reason, we will gladly accept your cancellation and Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

All your complaints/ Grievance shall be duly recorded in our system and a ticket number / Complaint number shall be lodged through the website and you will be able to see the tracking / status of the complaint. The complaint shall be addresses to be resolved within 7 working days and will be duly addressed. For any unresolved complaints, you are free to send the details to the Grievance Officer with whom the suitable remedy shall be taken within the next 30 working days from the date of receipt of such request.
