Shipping & Delivery

At Prithvi Innerwears, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, promptly, and in excellent condition. Every order is carefully processed and packed to ensure a seamless shopping experience from checkout to delivery.

Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across most serviceable pin codes within India. At present, international shipping is not available.

Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 48 hours of successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during high-demand sale periods may require additional processing time.
In certain cases, products from the same order may be shipped separately based on availability or warehouse location.

Estimated Delivery Timeline
Most orders are delivered within 4–10 business days, depending on the delivery location and the courier partner's serviceability.
Deliveries to remote or non-metro locations may take slightly longer than usual.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, transportation disruptions, public holidays, or regional restrictions.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation. Prithvi Innerwears may offer free shipping on selected products, prepaid orders, promotional campaigns, or minimum order values from time to time.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
At present, Prithvi Innerwears does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option. We are actively working towards introducing this service in the near future to provide added convenience and flexibility to our customers. We appreciate your understanding and continued support as we enhance our shopping experience and delivery services

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an Email containing order confirmation details, courier partner information, and shipment tracking details.
Customers can track their shipment status directly using the tracking details provided after dispatch.

Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts before returning the shipment. Customers are requested to ensure their availability at the delivery address and provide accurate contact details to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

Address Changes
Shipping address modifications can only be requested before the order is dispatched.
Once the shipment has been handed over to the courier partner, address changes may not be possible. For address change requests, customers may contact our support team at customercare@prithvimail.com.

Delayed or Undelivered Orders
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control.
Prithvi Innerwears shall not be held liable for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information, recipient unavailability, natural calamities, extreme weather conditions, government regulations, transport disruptions, or courier partner operational delays. If your order has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Damaged, Opened, or Tampered Packages
Customers are advised to inspect the package carefully at the time of delivery.If the package appears damaged, tampered with, opened, or in poor condition, please refuse to accept the delivery and contact us immediately with relevant photographs and order details.

Missing or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect product, a missing item, or an incomplete order, please notify our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery along with relevant photographs or unboxing evidence for prompt assistance and resolution.

Delivery Acknowledgement
A delivery acknowledgement provided at the delivery address shall be considered proof of successful delivery. Prithvi Innerwears shall not be responsible for packages accepted by any person present at the delivery location provided during order placement.
