How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 48 hours of successful payment. Most orders are delivered within 4–10 business days, depending on your location and courier serviceability. Please note that timelines are estimates and can occasionally be affected by weather, public holidays, or transport disruptions.
Do you offer express/fast delivery?

How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with your order confirmation details, courier partner information, and shipment tracking details. You can use these details to track your package directly through the courier partner's platform.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Prithvi Innerwears ships within India only. We cover most serviceable pin codes across the country. International shipping is not available yet, but we hope to expand in the future!
What if I’m not available at the time of delivery?
No worries. our courier partners typically make multiple delivery attempts. We recommend ensuring someone is available at the delivery address and that your contact details are accurate to avoid delays.
Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?
Address changes can be requested only before the order is dispatched. Once the shipment is handed over to the courier partner, modifications may not be possible. To request a change, please contact our support team at customercare@prithvimail.com as soon as possible.
What happens if my package is delayed?

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Prithvi Innerwears does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option. We are actively working towards introducing this service in the near future to provide added convenience and flexibility to our customers.

How do I choose the right bra size?

What is the difference between bra size and cup size?
Bra size refers to the band measurement around your rib cage (example: 32, 34, 36). Cup size refers to the breast volume (example: A, B, C, D). Together, they form your complete bra size — for example: 34B.
How should I wash and care for my innerwear?
For longer product life and better shape retention, we recommend gentle hand wash or mild machine wash, using cold or normal water, avoiding strong bleach, drying in shade, and avoiding high heat ironing.
